Born from a love of good coffee
I’m a home coffee lover who was constantly on the hunt for a genuinely good cold brew. Time and time again, I was left disappointed — watered down, bitter, or just plain forgettable.
So I started making my own.
I’m also an avid camper, and when you’re off-grid, simple matters. Cold brew quickly became the perfect companion — no machines, no fuss, just great coffee wherever you are.
After plenty of trial and error (and more than a few late nights in the kitchen), Tatts Brew Co was born.

How much do I need to make a coffee?
It's pretty simple. The cold brew is a concentrated coffee. Think of it like a syrup or an espresso shot.
You simply dilute it down to taste. Some people like to use approx 50ml, add water and a dash of milk. Others go much stronger and add 100mls +.
That's the beauty of the concentrate; you have complete control of the strength.
How do I make an iced coffee?
Step 1.
I like to get my glass of choice, fill with plenty of ice and then pour cold brew over the ice.
Step 2.
Run some chocolate drizzle around the inside of the glass, then fill with your favourite milk.
Step 3.
Add some whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with chocolate.

Absolutely!
There is a few methods:
- Add concentrate and water to a mug and microwave it until its at the desired temperature. (add milk if desired)
- Add concentrate to a mug, then add boiling hot water until desired dilution and temperature. (add milk if desired)
- Add concentrate and water to a pan, heat up on a stove top. (add milk if desired)
